Tiffany Nicole's Estate Sales would love to help you in your time of need. It's not always easy to make this decision but we will help you every step of the way. We will assess the items in your home and sign you up quickly so we can begin working on advertising your sale accordingly.
Step 1: One of the most important things to do before we enter the home to set up is making sure all your personal and sentimental belongings are separated from the items you would like to sell. If you are unable to remove the items completely from the home, we can store them in a designated area such as a room and we will place "Do Not Enter" signs and/or add a lock to the door to ensure safety of your personal property.
Step 2: Our experienced team will clean, organize and set up the home where items are easily accessible and appealing to the eye to maximize sales transactions. If we find sentimental items such as photos or etc. that we feel you may have overlooked, we will consult with you and get your permission before selling the items.

The duration of our sales typically last between 3-4 days depending on the goals for each client. We always strive to get the most for our client's items. We take our time and evaluate each item and the standard pricing based off the market & online resources. The first day is always full price. In order to ensure the items sells swiftly, we discount all or most items in the home by 25% on the second day. The third day is typically 50% off & 4th day is 75% off selected items or entire home. There are many cases where the homeowner will want to clear out the entire home from top to bottom. In those cases, we can discuss other ways of clearing out the home whether by extra sale incentives or other options that we can discuss more in detail.
Step 1: We will leave the remainder items or clear out the home depending on the agreement and goals of the client. We highly suggest donating the remainder items for a tax donation receipt! If we find that there are some things that would be better sold online, we can consign them by placing them in an online auction and/or embellishing other estate sales with your items. Ask for details.
Step 2: Client receives payment from goods sold minus the commission & taxes. (When there is more than one sale at one home or multiple locations, client will receive money from each sale at the end of each sale.)
